Nexa is a Brazilian fintech building a digitally native investment bank for the on-chain era. It combines AI-driven personalization, origination/structuring and blockchain infrastructure to let RIAs, family offices and institutions launch and manage tailored alternative-investment products and tokenized portfolios. The company already surpassed early validation: 250+ tokenized RWA products issued, ~37% MoM revenue growth in 2025 YTD, a revenue run rate above US$4M as of Oct-2025, and backing from Maya, Norte, Clocktower, Newtopia, Kiara and Citrino.

2026 Outlook:
Nexa’s roadmap focuses on four priorities: expand product breadth from fixed income/credit into real estate, infrastructure and global strategies; deepen advisor distribution through a mapped network representing >US$12B in AUM; enhance the platform with liquidity, reporting, portfolio-consolidation and AI recommendation features; and complete regulatory expansion toward a Central Bank-regulated financial institution, enabling fully native on-chain issuance. If executed, Nexa would evolve from a tokenization platform into a full-stack programmable distribution and portfolio-management layer for alternative assets.
